When Spring cone crusher works, its motor turns around via the belt pulley or the coupling, the transmission shaft and the cone section do the swaying movement around a certain point, driven by the eccentric locking collar, thus making the crushing wall of the cone crusher move back and forth from the rolling mortar surface installed in the adjusting sleeve. Materials get impacted, squeezed and bent in the crushing cavity, thus finishing the crushing process. The motor of cone crusher drives the eccentric collar to rotate via the bevel gear and makes the crushing cone do swaying movement. The crushing cone moves back and forth from the fixed cone, thus finishing the crushing and discharging processes. The connecting point of the supporting sleeve and the frame is compressed tight by the spring. When uncrushed materials like metal bulks fall into the crusher cavity, the spring will shrink and the materials will discharge out of it, thus protecting the machine from being damaged.
